History, grit, determination...

...and a lot of Rutherford Dust.

The Morisoli Vineyard was established in 1902 by Swiss-Italian immigrants who settled on Niebaum Lane in the heart of Rutherford. Now cared for by the fourth and fifth generations, this historic vineyard is an expression of over a century of hard work. In keeping with the Morisoli tradition, the vineyard continues to be farmed by hand and cultivated with vintage tractors that work the historic Rutherford Dust.

Explore the journey that has shaped our vineyard, meet the people behind our exceptional wines, and experience the passion that goes into every bottle.

Morisoli Vineyard

The Morisoli family has been farming in Rutherford for 120 years. Their 53-acre vineyard is prime real estate along the Rutherford Bench west of Highway 29. The family employed winemaker Joel Aiken for their limited production wine.
